All inspections and reports are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.  The home inspection typically ranges from 2 1/2 to 3 hours depending on the homes size and the issues found.

The report is typically emailed to you the same day.The detailed inspection reports I provide are not a cookie cutter report, as some are. The reports I provide are specifically written for the individual property that is inspected.  People deserve to get what they pay for. Included in the inspection reports are high quality digital illustrated photos which correlate with the narration of concerns found at the property.
